As well as my work in the public sector, I have held senior leadership roles with global organisations including Ipsen, Merck, Novartis and AbbVie, advising executive teams on issues such as organisational transformation, product launches, reputational risk and stakeholder engagement across international markets.
This is supported by professional training in change management and communications, alongside a strategic commercial background, including Prosci® Change Practitioner certification and the PRCA Diploma in Change Management and Communication.
